Puja Outing
On the 5th October 2021, the FTBK Children’s Home Authority took all the Children and Staff out for a Puja Program, by order of the CWC Kolkata & DCPU Kolkata. After visiting the local area the Children, Staff and Home Authority enjoyed a special dinner together at a restaurant.

Rotary Puja Gift Program
On the 10th October, the FTBK Children’s Home Children received a gift of new clothes from our generous friends of the Rotary Club of Behala. These beautiful clothes were well received from each child and will be worn with pride.

Gift Boxes For Puja Season
On the 8th October, FTBK Children's Home held a small program for the distribution of gifts. This gift distribution program was held on our FTBK Girl's Home Campus. Our FTBK authority invited local stakeholders to attend the program. A total of 23 Children received these gifts. These gift boxes were received from Samaritans Purse.

Digital Training
Our tuition teacher conducted Digital Platform Classes for our Higher Education Students! These skills are necessary for future studies and work opportunities!

Youth Leadership Classes
On the 25th September 2021 we ran a Youth Leadership Training Program. A total of 89 young people attended this training program. They were equipped with training in how to lead in life and everyone enjoyed a nutritious meal together.

English Classes September 2021
In this month we started community English classes for Children. A total of 96 children are attending this English class. These classes will help with their education now and the future studies.

Water Filter Distribution
On the 12th September we ran a Water Filter Distribution program in association with the Rotary Club of Behala. 40 women received the filter for the benefit of their family. The gift of clean water is such a valuable asset. We are so thankful to the Rotary Club for making this simple necessity a reality for these families.



Free Eye Surgerys
On 9th September 2021 - 9 Women And 8 Men received free Cataract Surgery at the Sunderban Eye Hospital supported of Free To Be. The benefit for these members of our community is so great and we are pleased to be able to help to provide this necessary treatment.


Free Eye Camp
On 4th September 2021 we organised a Free Eye Check-Up Camp at Krishnarampur village in association with the Sunderban Eye Hospital. A total of 76 people attended this Eye Camp, 24 males and 52 females. We are so thankful to partner together with other organisations for the benefit of the community.


Literacy Training September 2021
In September 2021 our Literacy class was attended by a total of 61 women. These women received free of charge training in the basics of reading and writing.
