In September 2021 we distributed ration items in 2 Areas in Kolkata, 506 families benefited from this Essential Item distribution. In this pandemic time, many of the people people living in the slums are jobless and really struggling. We took the initiative to give ration items to people who most need it.

We provided education & meals to children living in the slum communities in the month of September 2021. 137 children were regularly attending the education program. 180 children regularly attended our nutrition program. We gave a total of 648 meals this month.

On 5^th September 2021 we celebrated Teacher’s Day at our Office. All project staff were present at this program. The Children arranged and performed a small cultural program. Children made small gifts for their teachers, and all our staff. After that the children and staff enjoyed a yummy curry dinner together

In our Community we work for the betterment of all members of society. Training young people to be better leaders of themselves and others is vital for their future development and growth!

There are people in our Community that are particularly struggling. We were glad to be able to give to these families in need!

FTBK Charitable Trust started community English class for Children in the month of August at Krishnarampur Village

80 children are attending this English class.

Computer Classes held in the Community! These classes are offered free of charge to interested youth. At the end of the course they receive an approved Certificate that can be used to help me gain employment!

Literacy Classes continued in the Community where we work!
