Children's Day
This year we had a wonderful celebration of Children's Day in throughout our Projects in Residential Care and also in the Community! Our FTBK project staff and children’s home children celebrated at our campus with dance and song performances. Everyone enjoyed special snacks & dinner together and each child received a small gift to celebrate this occasion. In our community projects every child was celebrated and reminded of their value and worth. The children joyfully received the gift of snacks!



Glasses Support
FTBK Charitable Trust arranged a free eye camp at Krishnarampur village in association with the Sunderban Eye Hospital, after the eye test, a few villagers were gifted a Cataract Operation at the Sunderban Eye Hospital, free of cost. FTBK Charitable Trust has further helped one lady with the purchase of glasses. This gift of better sight has the potential to really change the lives of each beneficiary.

October 2021 English Classes in the Community
The FTBK Charitable Trust is running a community English class at Krishnarampur village. In the month of October, 127 children attended these English classes. Our FTBK team teach the children for their education and enjoyment.


Clothing Distribution in the Community
On the 3rd October 2021, the Tuli Foundation, in Association with FTBK, generously distributed Clothes in our Community. We are so grateful to these young people for taking the initiative to support others in need.

Education Kit Distribution
On the 3rd October 2021, the FTBK Charitable Trust distributed Education Kits to Children at Krishnarampur Village. This Program was run in collaboration with the Rotary Club of Behala. A total of 40 Children received these Educational Kits.

Disability Support Program
On the 8th October our FTBK Charitable Trust distributed Gift Boxes and Snacks to Children living with Disabilities in our community area. These Children enjoyed receiving these gifts and we were grateful to be able to deliver these to them.


October 2021 Literacy Program for Women
In the Month of October 2021 in the Krishnarampur Village our FTBK Literacy class gave training to a total of 49 women.

October 2021 Education & Nutrition Program
Free To Be Kids Charitable Trust provided education & meals to the slum Children in the month of October 2021. A total 137 Children were regular attending the education programme. Also 158 Children regularly attended our nutrition program and total of 736 meals were provide for them.


Kindness Matters
In the month of October we enjoyed celebrating with local sponsors on their special days. The families provided wonderful meals for Children and our Staff, along with smalls gifts for each child.

Dreaming To Become A Chef
We are happy to be supporting the dreams of one of our previous Boy's Home children! He has now been accepted into the Guru Nanak Institute of Hotel Management. In 2021 he completed his school level education from the Central Board of Education supported by Free To Be Kids Charitable Trust. After that he sat his Hotel Management Entrance Exam & appeared with good scoring; now he has taken admission on Sc. Hotel Management under National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology (NCHMCT). It's a 3year course, supported by Free To Be Kids Charitable Trust. His dream is to be a good chef and establish his future.
