It's our privilege to be able to support children in the local community who are attending school.  This is our small way to support them in their commitment to their studies and take the opportunity to encourage them to apply their best efforts to their education.  During this program we promote the ongoing benefits of education for a brighter future!

When children have a variety of activities to experience they can develop not only their cognitive mind but also their creative mind.  We are committed to seeing children thrive in all areas of their life and have the opportunities to develop in the areas that were once denied to them. 

These two girls have been eager to start their education so we are so thankful to be able to open admission for them in the local Government School! We have high hopes for their future that they will be successful and achieve their dreams!

It's always a joy to see hard work pay off.  These 3 Children are undertaking their studies whilst living in our Boy's and Girl's Homes and now they have received their 10th Pass Certificate they are excited to continue on their studies as we support them further.  

School Holiday's are best enjoyed by taking a break from the normal routine and getting a chance to experience some friendship and fun! This hot season was especially enjoyed with time at Nicco Park in the water park, on the rides and sharing lunch together in the local eatery.  

Members of our staff and children were privileged to take a trip to the Sunderbans and enjoy the great outdoors and have the opportunity to see some of the beautiful sights of our State. The benefit of these types of outings are great as they allow each participant to get a larger world view and forget their burdens for a day!

The value of learning to read and write is not missed with these ladies in our Community Project.  They understand by meeting together to learn the basics of Numeracy and Literacy they are making a difference in their own lives and in the lives of their families.  This is true empowerment!

Taking time out to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and build friendships and personal character is really important.  In our recent Youth Program we had the opportunity to learn together about the value of our lives and the value of others.  We also really enjoyed sharing our lunch together and also the competition of sports and activities in the cool of the afternoon.

These are the faces of those who are learning to achieve in many different areas of life.  Having the opportunity to learn how to cook some special treats and share them with their friends is just one of the ways they can learn success by following the proper guidelines.  Every moment there is a chance to learn something new if only we have our hearts open when the opportunities come.

Each Child is unique and carries their own particular set of needs and dreams.  It is our role as Carers and Care Providers to help them to feel safe and secure and secondly to help them to reach their potential.  Our approach to our care involves a great amount of participation and consultation with the child themselves so that they may continue to feel supported and that someone is standing with them for their future betterment.
