Program Name: Mother's Day Celebration
A. Objective:
The objective of the Mother’s Day Program was to recognise, appreciate, and celebrate the love, care, and contribution of mothers in families and society. The program also aimed to create awareness among children and community members about the importance of respecting and valuing mothers while strengthening the emotional bond between mothers and children.
B. Activities Conducted:
On 10th May 2026, FTBK organised the Mother’s Day Program at Krishnarampur. A total of 14 women and 31 children participated in the program.. Binu A.S. and Lalitha Binu were present during the program. The program started with a welcome session for all the participants. During the session, Abhijit Chakraborty shared the history and significance of Mother’s Day. He also discussed the important role of mothers in society and explained how mothers guide, support, and shape the lives of their children with love and sacrifice.
Binu A.S. and Lalita Binu encouraged the mothers and children through their motivational words. They highlighted the importance of respecting mothers and maintaining strong family relationships. The participants actively engaged in the interaction, and the overall environment of the program was joyful. The session also helped the children understand the importance of respecting and appreciating their mothers, while creating a strong emotional bond between mothers and children.
C. Outcome:
The Mother’s Day Program created a positive and happy environment for both mothers and children. The program helped the participants understand the importance and contribution of mothers in families and society. Mothers felt respected and appreciated through the celebration, while children learned the value of loving, respecting, and caring for their mothers. The program also strengthened the emotional bond between mothers and children and encouraged family unity and mutual respect. Children also spent quality time together through fun activities and interaction sessions, which made the program more enjoyable and memorable for them.
