One youth who we have supported for the past 12 years has had a deep desire to become a Chef. Through our support he is currently studying Hotel Management at Guru Nanak Institute of Hotel Management Kolkata. He has completed his 1st year and is continuing his studies and particularly enjoys all the practical elements of his course.
